Account Deletion

Delete your AI Expense account and the associated app data after signing in. Some records may still be retained where required by law, security, billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance obligations.

How deletion works

This page is public and can be opened directly for Google Play review.
You must sign in to the matching AI Expense account before deletion can proceed.
Sign-in is supported for both email/password accounts and Google-linked accounts.
Deleting your AI Expense account does not delete your Google account itself.
After deletion, your AI Expense web and app sessions are signed out and cannot continue to access the deleted account.

Data removal scope

Recognized expense records and related AI Expense account data will be deleted or de-identified.
Uploaded invoice files and related export results will be deleted or de-identified where applicable.
Some records may be retained for legal, tax, accounting, billing, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

Subscriptions and purchases

Deleting your AI Expense account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the applicable store account tools.
